We produce different protein hydrolysates of poultry by-products using non-chemical hydrolysation technologies, which allows for organic certification of all our products and use in organic agriculture.

Today, we process 125 tons of poultry feathers per day and 125 tons of other poultry by-products (meat, bones and skin) per day.

Our production facility in Dendermonde has a large, yet flexible production capacity of 12000 litres/day. We can produce batches of 200, 2000 and 8000 litres, with batch-dependent specifications:

  • the degree of hydrolysation;
  • different concentrations and mixtures , including powder (spray dry installation);
  • method of stabilisation;
  • packaging & labelling.

Our production facility is located in Belgium, in the economic heart of Europe located near the Port of Antwerp, offering easy access to the rest of Europe.

AphasolM

AphasolM is a protein hydrolysate from enzymatic hydrolysis of poultry **meat**. It contains a total of 20 amino acids, with notable high concentration of glycine and glutamic acid. The product has a high content of low molecular weight peptides and free amino acids. (65 % < 1000 Da), which allows for easy uptake by the plant leaf stomata and tissues.

AphasolM can be produced in different concentrations, including as a powder.

AphasolC

AphasolC is a protein hydrolysate from enzymatic hydrolysis of poultry **skin**. It contains a total of 20 amino acids, with similar high concentration of glycine and glutamic acid as AphasolM, but a slightly diffferent amino acid profile. The product has a good content of low molecular weight peptides and free amino acids. (55% < 1000 Da), which allows for easy uptake by the plant leaf stomata and tissues.

AphasolC can also be produced in different concentrations, including as a powder.
